Terms of services
1. Introduction and Definitions
Enhanza ("we") offers products and consulting services that make business data easier to understand.
This agreement covers the following (together called "PRODUCT"):
- A web-based system that collects and organizes data from the sources the customer ("CUSTOMER") connects.
- A built-in tool for analysis, reporting, and sharing of insights.
- Connectors and guides to access data from external business intelligence (BI) tools.
It also covers consulting services ("SERVICE") such as:
- Building custom data integrations.
- Creating structured data models.
- Designing and developing reports.
If ongoing maintenance of custom work is included, it’s referred to as a "SERVICE AGREEMENT".
2. Pricing and Payments
- PRODUCT fees are listed at www.enhanza.com/pricing and may change over time.
- SERVICE fees are specified in separate quotes. Service fees may adjust yearly based on the Labor Cost Index (LCI)[^1].
Payment terms:
- PRODUCT payments are made via card or invoice according to the CUSTOMER’s subscription. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable once the period starts.
- SERVICE payments are invoiced with 30-day terms. For quoted projects, 50% is invoiced at project start and 50% at delivery.
- Late payments may incur interest under Swedish law.
3. Contract Period
Unless otherwise agreed, PRODUCT and SERVICE AGREEMENTS have no binding period. However, full payment for any started period is required.
4. Error Handling
If a PRODUCT feature doesn't work as advertised, we will fix it at no extra cost — unless the issue was caused by the CUSTOMER.
We are responsible for making data available via third-party tools but are not responsible for how these tools function beyond that. Further help with third-party tools is considered a paid SERVICE.
5. Custom Development and Support
Custom development and support are charged as a SERVICE.
Charges are based on time spent, as follows:

6. Data Management and Security
The CUSTOMER is responsible for securing their data up to the point it is handed over to Enhanza.
We commit to securely handling and storing CUSTOMER data so that unauthorized access is prevented.
7. Intellectual Property
- The CUSTOMER owns all their own data.
- The CUSTOMER can request complete deletion of their stored data at any time.
- Enhanza owns all intellectual property related to the PRODUCT and any custom work ("WORK RESULTS").
- The CUSTOMER gets a non-exclusive right to use the PRODUCT and WORK RESULTS during their active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Enhanza is not liable for any consequences of PRODUCT errors beyond refunding up to the amount paid for the PRODUCT during the period when the error occurred (starting from when it was reported).
- We are not responsible for issues caused by factors outside our control.
9. Confidentiality
We will not share CUSTOMER's sensitive business information with third parties, unless necessary for delivering the PRODUCT (such as using secure third-party infrastructure).
