Build holds the insights, reports, models and metrics made from your workspace data, organized in folders. Create your own with New insight, New report or New folder at the top of the page. Builders create content in Build: Enhanza Standard includes 1 Builder and Enhanza Professional includes 3 (pricing).

What’s in Build

  • Your personal collection: your own content.
  • Demo: sample content that shows what Build can do. It’s read-only: open an item’s ⋮ menu and click Duplicate to make your own copy.
  • Standard reports: reports Enhanza publishes.
  • Folders created in your workspace.

Share a report

Coworkers you share a report with can open it and use its filters, but can’t edit it. They see your later changes.
  1. In Build, open the report’s ⋮ menu and choose the read-only sharing option.
  2. To limit who sees it, pick one or more user groups. Leave the field empty to share with everyone in the workspace.
  3. Click Save.
A report shared with the whole workspace shows Shared · Everyone in the list. To stop sharing, open the same option and click Stop sharing.

Ask a question

  1. In Build, click Ask AI.
  2. Type a question about your data, such as “Show me revenue by month”.
Ask answers with charts and tables next to the conversation. You can refine the answer by asking follow-up questions and save it.
Ask is part of Enhanza AI, included in Enhanza Standard and Professional.
