Before you begin, create a workspace and complete the onboarding.
You need a Visma.net user with the Integration Administrator role.

Approve Enhanza in Visma.net

Each Visma.net company is a separate data source. Repeat both sections for every company you want to connect.
  1. Sign in to the Visma App Store as that user.
  2. Find Enhanza and approve it for the company.
  3. In Visma Admin, go to Company, select the company, then go to Edit > Configuration.
  4. Copy the company tenant ID. Use the company tenant ID, not the customer tenant ID.

Connect Visma.net

  1. In Enhanza, go to Data Sources > Connect Data Source and click Connect under Visma.net.
  2. Fill in the field:
    • Company tenant ID: the ID from Visma Admin
  3. Click Connect Visma.net.
  4. Complete the remaining wizard steps: Currency and Company Details.
The company appears under Data Sources.
